Warm up on the cold winter nights with this quick and easy chicken noodle soup! Comforting and delicious!

  • 80 g packed instant noodle soup
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 310 g can cream corn
  • 1/2 cup bbq chicken
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 thinly sliced green onion


Chicken noodle soup

  1. In a saucepan of boiling water cook packet instant noodles (do not add the flavour sachet) according to packet instructions. Drain.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine chicken stock and can creamed corn. Heat on medium, stirring, until boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir chopped barbecue chicken and noodles through soup. Season with 1-2 tbsps soy sauce. Simmer 1 minute. Divide evenly among serving bowls. Sprinkle with 1 thinly sliced green onion.
