Christmas pudding cake pops

These cute cake pops look just like mini Christmas puddings! With festive coconut, cocoa and caramel flavours, our pops are just as fun to eat as they are to make.

Ingredients

  • 250 g plain sweet biscuits
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 380 g caramel top 'n' fill
  • 1 cup white chocolate melts, melted
  • 1/4 cup multi-coloured sprinkles
  • 20 cake pop sticks

Steps

Christmas pudding pops

  1. In a food processor, crush biscuits to coarse crumbs. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add cocoa and coconut to crushed biscuits, stirring to combine. Mix in caramel top 'n' fill to coat. Chill for 20 minutes.
  3. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Using 1 level tablespoon at a time, roll mixture into balls. Dip each cake pop stick in melted chocolate and insert into balls. Place on a tray. Chill for 15 minutes until set.
  4. Drizzle pops with melted chocolate and top with sprinkles. Insert sticks into styrofoam and set aside for 20 minutes to set.
