Healthy and delicious chickpea salads

Adding chickpeas to your salads is a fabulous way to bulk them up, adding a nutty texture and keeping you fuller for longer with their natural fibre. You'll also get a nice dose of plant-based protein and slow-releasing carbohydrates to keep you energised for the day ahead.
