Method

1.Combine leek, peas, stock and cream in large saucepan; bring to the boil. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Cool 10 minutes. In batches, blend or process soup until smooth.
2.Meanwhile, cut rind from bacon and cook in a small heated frying pan until crisp. Sprinkle soup with bacon before serving.
