Method

1.Heat oiled wok; stir-fry vegetables until tender. Add baby pak choy and soy, garlic and honey sauce; stir-fry until pak choy wilts. Add cashews and fresh mint leaves; stir-fry until hot, season to taste. Serve topped with chilli.
